Description:

The role of a project manager is to manage several farms during the construction and implementation period.

The role of a farm manager is to run one farm during the construction and implementation period and to share his/her modern knowhow about milk production with the local staff.

Requirements:

three years or more of experience in large dairy herd as a manager
academic back round is an advantage
ability to establish procedures and goals for farms
ability to keep financial and herd record to maximize farm profitability.
experience from working with consultants.
working with DeLaval equipment is an advantage.
capable to manage a team, hire and supervise employees.
language – good level of English, other languages is an advantage.
flexibility – be prepared to live in a different country with different culture and mentality.
