Dr.Corbett received a B.S. from Washington State University in 1974 and a D.V.M. from Washington State University in 1978. He has a broad range of practice experience: from 1978-1979 as a Research Assistant at Utah State University, from 1979-1983 at a dairy practice in Blackfoot, Idaho, from 1983-1998 at a Dairy Production Medicine practice centered in El Paso Texans and consulting over a wide range of states and countries, and from 1998-1999 at a Dairy Production Medicine Practice centered in Spring City, Utah. Currently, he has approximately 60,000 animals in 7 states on a monthly nutrition program. His practice includes calf management, heifer replacement programs, mastitis prevention and control, milking equipment evaluation, computer analysis of dairy records, reproductive efficiency, dairy management and nutrition. Dr. Corbett has been on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Bovine Practioners for 6 years and on the National Mastitis Council, Milking Machine Committee, for 12 years. He has published over 40 articles for various dairy magazines and taught over 50 seminars and lectures in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Chile on various dairy topics.
