Richard Stup is a Senior Extension Associate with Penn State Dairy Alliance. He is responsible for educational programs in human resources. Richard writes and teaches on topics such as supervision, leadership, organizational and employee development, and training skills. Richard is involved in workforce development projects to train dairy employees in advanced management and technical skills. His writing has appeared regionally and nationally in both popular publications and professional journals. His educational programs have been requested and delivered in several states.
Richard has international experience in Latin America and Europe. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Workforce Education and Development at Penn State. He earned his M.S. degree in Agricultural Education and holds a B.A in History with a minor in International Agriculture, all from Penn State.
