A native of Guatemala, Jorge has roots from a family beef and dairy ranch. He graduated with honors in tropical agriculture from the Pan-American School of Agriculture in Honduras. After taking on a personnel management position with an agriculture conglomerate in Guatemala, Jorge went on to attend Kansas State University. He completed a B.S. in Animal Science, and an M.S. in Animal Nutrition & Management. Jorge worked for nearly 4 years as Nutrition Specialist and Director of Nutrition with White Oak Mills in PA. He then spent 7 years with the Monsanto Dairy Business, where he held leadership positions. While at Monsanto, Jorge further developed abilities in leadership, personnel management, organizational design, people development strategies and change management. He is a Professional Certified Coach, a degree in Leadership, Individual and Organizational Change and Renewal. Jorge is President and founder of Leadership Coaching International, Inc. a leadership development, coaching and organizational consulting firm operating out of Washington State since January of 2001. In addition to his U.S. experience, Jorge has consulted and facilitated change processes and programs for organizations in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Puerto Rico.
