Gregorio Billikopf Encina (Gregory Encina Billikopf) is the author of the book, Labor Management in Agriculture. Since 1981, he has been employed with the University of California Agricultural Extension as a Labor Management Farm Advisor. Gregory has been a frequent national and international speaker in his field. Research and teaching emphases have been in the areas of employee selection and testing, incentive pay and pay issues, conflict resolution, employee discipline, performance appraisal, worker motivation, supervision, negotiation skills and interpersonal relations.
